I was no more puppy, I am already 4 and half years old, adult!

My name is Hippo.
To tell the truth, my real name is Xiao Ye Ye.

My ID card has my real name.
In Chinese Xiao Ye Ye means little granpa.
What does granpa mean?

Now most Chinese people have both a Chinese name and an English name.
So, I have two names!

Mama wanted to call me Bambi, like the Disney movie charactor.
But Bambi was rejected by papa.
Hippo comes from Hippopotamus. What is a Hippopotamus?
It must be a very cool guy like me!

Most of people call me Xiao Ye Ye.
But I like both Xiao Ye Ye and Hippo!

My Name is Hippo.

I was born in Ocotober 10, 2005 in Shanghai, and am growing up in Shanghai.

My human Papa bought me at the pet market.
I know that mama strongly objected to papa taking me home.
Papa went up against mama’s opposition and they took me home anyway.

Both mama and papa can not take photos well, and they don't take them very often.
So I don't have so many photos.
I look much better in person then in my photos.
